Spicy Tuna Stuffed Avocados

2 ripe avocados

1 can (5 oz) of high-quality tuna, drained

2 tablespoons mayonnaise (preferably Kewpie or Japanese-style)

1 tablespoon sriracha sauce (adjust for heat preference)

1 teaspoon soy sauce

1 green onion, finely chopped

1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped

1 lime, juiced

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions
 

Prepare the Avocados: Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit. Carefully scoop out a bit of the flesh to create more space for the tuna filling. Set aside the scooped avocado flesh in a mixing bowl.

    Make the Filling: In the bowl with the avocado flesh, add the drained tuna, mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, chopped green onion, and cilantro. Mix everything together until it's well combined and slightly chunky. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

      Stuff the Avocados: Spoon the spicy tuna mixture generously into the hollowed-out avocado halves.
