Ingredients
  

1 cup rolled oats

1 ½ cups milk (dairy or plant-based)

1 cup Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

¼ cup chopped almonds or walnuts (optional)

A pinch of salt

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until well combined and smooth.

    Gently fold in the sliced strawberries, reserving a few for garnish.

      Divide the mixture evenly between two glass jars or containers, leaving some space at the top for additional toppings.

        Seal the jars or containers with lids and refrigerate them overnight (or for at least 4 hours) to allow the oats to absorb the liquid and soften.

          In the morning, give the oats a stir and adjust the sweetness if necessary. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a splash of milk to thin it out.

            Top each serving with the reserved strawberries, chopped nuts for added crunch, and a sprig of fresh mint if desired.
