3 ripe bananas, mashed

1/2 cup honey

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)

1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)

1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.

    Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, honey, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Stir until well blended and smooth.

      Combine Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the baking soda, baking powder, salt, flour, and cinnamon (if using).
