Ingredients

1 pound smoked sausage (such as kielbasa or andouille), sliced into ½-inch rounds

¾ cup honey

¼ cup brown sugar, packed

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Toothpicks (for serving)

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare Sauce: In a medium saucepan, combine honey, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, smoked paprika, Worcestershire sauce, and apple cider vinegar. Stir the mixture over medium heat until the brown sugar dissolves and the sauce is smooth, about 3-5 minutes.

Coat Sausage: Place the sliced smoked sausage in a large mixing bowl. Pour the honey glaze over the sausage and toss until all pieces are well coated.

Bake: Transfer the coated sausage to a baking dish and arrange in a single layer. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the sausages are heated through and slightly caramelized, stirring halfway through.

Serve: Once cooked, remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Transfer the sausages to a serving platter, garnish with chopped fresh parsley, and serve with toothpicks for easy eating.
