2 cans (5 oz each) tuna packed in water, drained

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/4 cup finely chopped red onion

1/4 cup finely chopped celery

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

4 slices of sourdough or whole-grain bread

4 slices of sharp cheddar cheese (or your favorite cheese)

1 tablespoon butter (for grilling)

Fresh parsley or dill for garnish (optional)

Prepare the Tuna Mixture: In a medium-sized bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice. Mix gently until well incorporated.
