Ingredients

For the Tuna:

1 lb fresh sushi-grade tuna, cubed

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon lime juice

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1 teaspoon sriracha (adjust for spice preference)

Salt and pepper to taste

For the Strawberry Slaw:

2 cups napa cabbage, shredded

1 cup strawberries, hulled and thinly sliced

1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

2 tablespoons honey

Salt and pepper to taste

For Assembly:

8 small corn tortillas

Avocado slices (optional)

Lime wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Prepare the Tuna: In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, soy sauce, sesame oil, sriracha, salt, and pepper. Add the cubed tuna and gently toss to coat. Set aside to marinate for about 15 minutes.

Make the Strawberry Slaw: In another bowl, combine the napa cabbage, strawberries, red onion, and cilantro. In a small jar or bowl, mix together the apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper. Pour the dressing over the slaw mixture and toss until well combined. Let it sit for at least 10 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

Warm the Tortillas: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Lightly toast the corn tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side or until warmed through and slightly crisped.

Assemble the Tacos: Place a generous scoop of the marinated tuna on each tortilla. Top with a spoonful of strawberry slaw. If desired, add avocado slices for extra creaminess.

Serve: Serve the tacos with lime wedges on the side for squeezing over the top. Enjoy fresh!
