Two Ingredient Mini Peach Pies

1 can of peach pie filling (or homemade peach filling)

1 package of refrigerated pie crusts (or puff pastry sheets)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Roll out the pie crust on a lightly floured surface and use a round cookie cutter or a large glass to cut out circles, about 4-5 inches in diameter. You should be able to get about 8-10 circles, depending on thickness.

      Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

        Place half of the circles on the parchment-lined baking sheet. Leave enough space in between each for the pies to expand.

          Spoon 1 to 2 tablespoons of peach pie filling into the center of each circle, being careful not to overfill to prevent spillage.

            Place the remaining pie crust circles on top of the filled ones and gently press down the edges to seal. You can use a fork to crimp the edges for a decorative touch.

              If desired, cut small slits in the top of each pie to allow steam to escape during baking.

                Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.

                  Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your mini peach pies warm or at room temperature!
