2 cups rotini pasta

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

Salt and pepper, to taste

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup whole milk

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped (optional)

1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)

Chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil.

    Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the rotini pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

      Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil. Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper. Cook the chicken until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Add the minced garlic and sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

        Prepare the Alfredo Sauce: In a medium saucepan, combine the heavy cream, whole milk, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Heat on medium until warmed through, but do not boil. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.

          Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, sautéed chicken, chopped spinach (if using), and Alfredo sauce. Stir until everything is well-coated.
