Ingredients

4 cups of seedless watermelon, cut into 1-inch cubes

1 cup of feta cheese, crumbled

Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

Balsamic glaze, for drizzling

1 tablespoon of olive oil

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Skewers (8-10 inch)

Instructions

Prepare the Ingredients: Start by cutting the watermelon into 1-inch cubes and crumbling the feta cheese into small pieces. Set aside.

Assemble the Skewers: Take a skewer and start by threading one watermelon cube onto it. Follow with a piece of feta, then another cube of watermelon. Repeat until the skewer is filled, leaving some space at each end for handling. Aim for 2-3 skewers per serving.

Season the Skewers: Once all the skewers are assembled, drizzle with olive oil and season lightly with salt and black pepper to enhance the flavors.

Garnish: Adorn each skewer with a fresh mint leaf at the top for a refreshing aroma and taste.

Drizzle with Balsamic Glaze: Finally, once plated, drizzle balsamic glaze over the top of the skewers for a hint of sweetness and acidity that beautifully complements the ingredients.

Serve: These skewers are best served immediately while fresh, but they can also be chilled for about 30 minutes before serving for a refreshing treat on a hot day.
