Ingredients

4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (adjust based on sweetness preference)

1/2 cup coconut water (optional for added flavor)

Fresh mint leaves (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

Blend the Watermelon: In a blender, combine the cubed watermelon, lime juice, honey or agave syrup, and coconut water (if using). Blend until smooth and well combined.

Taste Test: Give the mixture a taste and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey or agave if needed. Blend again briefly.

Prepare the Molds: Pour the watermelon mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion during freezing.

Insert Sticks: If your molds require them, insert popsicle sticks into the center of each mold.

Freeze: Place the molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until completely solid.

Unmold the Pops: To remove the pops, run warm water on the outside of the molds for a few seconds until they loosen. Gently pull the pops out.

Garnish and Serve: Optionally, garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving for an extra touch of freshness. Enjoy your refreshing watermelon pops!
