Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 425°F (220°C). Make sure to place your Yorkshire pudding tin (or muffin tin) inside while it heats. This ensures the oil is sizzling hot when the batter is added.

    Mix the Batter: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, salt, and black pepper until you have a smooth batter. Let this rest for at least 15-20 minutes.

      Prepare the Fat: Once the oven is hot, carefully remove the Yorkshire pudding tin. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of beef drippings (or oil) into each cup of the tin. Place it back in the oven for 5 minutes, or until the fat is smoking.
