1/4 cup olive oil

1 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

Zest of 1 lemon

Juice of 1 lemon

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Salt and pepper, to taste

Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving (optional)

Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over medium-high heat. Add the spaghetti (or linguine) and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining.
